Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for competition registration or participation are subject to this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully made, it is non-refundable
  • No refund will be provided for missed participation or incorrect submissions

3. Exception Cases

  • Duplicate payment transactions
  • Technical payment failure but amount deducted

In such cases, users must contact us within 5-7 working days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
