Eligibility & Entry
Open to all participants of Assam. A single participant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries per category, but only one is eligible for a winning position.
Entry Fee: ₹150/- per entry
Mandatory Formatting
LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION ONLY.
All submitted images—both for drawing and modeling—MUST be in a horizontal, landscape orientation. Portrait/vertical submissions will be automatically disqualified.
How to Register
- 1. Details: Fill out the form with participant/school info.
- 2. Upload: Add your high-res, landscape image.
- 3. Payment: Pay ₹150/- via Gateway/UPI.
- 4. Vote: Share your gallery link to gather community votes.

Judging & Scoring
70/30 Scoring Blend
Final score is 70% Expert Judges' Evaluation and 30% Public Website Voting. (Social media likes do not count).
Transparency
Evaluated anonymously based on creativity, theme interpretation, color composition, and visual impact.

Photography Guidelines
Authenticity: Must respectfully represent a recognized Assam community.
Quality: High resolution (2MB - 10MB), JPEG/PNG, Landscape orientation.
Limits: Basic color correction only. No heavy filters, background replacements, or AI.
Judging & Scoring
100% Community Love: Score is based entirely on Public Voting on our official website.
Note: Social media likes/comments do NOT count as votes.
Fair Play & Security Guarantee
Voting is strictly monitored (1 vote per Email/IP). Bots, click-farms, and paid voting are prohibited. Suspicious votes will be permanently purged from tallies to protect the integrity of the competition.

Terms & Conditions
Originality & Copyright: Works must be original. Creator retains copyright, but grants organizers royalty-free usage rights for promotion.
Vouchers: Non-stackable, non-transferable, zero cash value. Redeem by May 30, 2027.
Organizers reserve the right to amend guidelines. Organizing committee decisions are final.
